According to BCG (2024) 'a company’s ability to innovate isn’t just an advantage—it’s a necessity. But organizations have never been as ill prepared to reach their innovation goals as they are today.' Communication is thereby also of increasing interest because (1) we have entered a new information-communication age with AI (tech-human relationship) and (2) innovation-communication is a new leader's view that can make a difference.
The question for a strategic leadership review is how innovation (growth, functional view) and communication (people, relational view) are linked to make a difference in the world. The functional view of innovation communication helps managers and leaders to invest in and cultivate innovation communication--linked to strategy--at different levels of an organization. Beyond that, the relational view is, however, critical for leaders to focus on people and harness the power of innovation communication.
Leadership Review: Innovation Communication Palette
This strategic leadership review focuses on a cutting-edge theme in leadership and strategy (transformation): Innovation communication. Together we will develop a new perspective and focus on how you can better harness the power of innovation communication and, linked to a new open strategy framework, invest in your innovation communication palette.
It is a qualitative approach, a three-month study, with interviews and further information / data and content to write a clear, forward-thinking executive summary, provide new insights and thoughtful recommenations based on clarity, alignment and (inter)action (see my approach).

From strategy transformation to innovation (communication)
Strategy needs innovation and communication to spark new ideas and create a company's future. Moreover, strategy needs a new way of thinking in today's business world.
