The new Innovation Communication Lab is a commitment to invest in innovation communication, share and experiment with ideas and develop a toolbox for effective innovation communication.
Innovation Communication Lab
Starting with a peer-to-peer leadership lab format you will share experiences, ideas and tools for effective innovation communication with open-minded, challenging and curious peers who thrive to become better and want to learn more about innovation communication in an interactive online or hybrid session. Second, in a workshop atmosphere you collaborate, learn and work toward a common goal: You co-create an innovation communication toolbox.
You will work in a team, playing an active role in all aspects of co-creation. Additionally you will receive guidance and support from a trainer, helping you to develop new perspectives, improve skills and create a concrete toolbox idea.
This lab-workshop fosters collaborative learning and co-creation for leaders, helps to share experiences, insights and challenges, and creates a safe space for leaders for idea experimentation and learning through feedback, co-imagination and storytelling.
PhD in Innovation Communication - Dr. Nicole Pfeffermann partners with business leaders and change makers to intentionally create a company's future and bring ideas into existence. With her background in strategy and communication for innovation she guides, teaches and facilitates leaders on their journey. She co-edited leadership books and offers insights, new perspectives and an interdiciplinary view to better communicate new ideas and reach a new level of innovation communication.
