This cycle helps business leaders and change makers to emphasize continuous growth and navigate creation dynamics; leaders commit and follow concrete steps to adapt and drive meaningful change. Today leadership means to empower others, but this includes to uplevel yourself and embrace natural talent, be aligned and reflect (see illustration). 2. Challenge-/Aspiration-based Consulting

Shifting from challenge-based to aspiration-based thinking is a new way for consultants to guide and advice business leaders. New consultants become business listeners. They prioritize purpose to build successful, meaningful and innovative organizations and focus on real and perceived barriers and hopes to fuel innovation and engagement. Aspiration-based consulting creates a company's future and incorporate heart into consulting.

My Coaching Approach


Coaching is the right approach when it comes to empowerment of individuals to unlock their full potential (develop and uplevel) and learning / skill development means training which is a systematic or agile approach to build knowledge and improve skills for specific tasks. Coaching is about facilitating self-discovery and adjusting mindset (see illustration); skill development is about teaching and advising individuals. Modern learning / skill development includes a summer challenge (e.g. microlearning), personal leadership trainer with individual training plan & tools and new meeting formats (e.g. peer-to-peer standups).

Leadership Café

The Leadership Café offers a platform for individuals to exchange ideas and have a good conversation about new ideas, perspectives and themes. The Parisian Café culture has inspired me to offer a special place where the atmosphere is calm, providing a moment of pleasure and intellectual inspiration. 'From its inception, the café provided warmth and nourishment to artists and thinkers, fostering a spirit of community, conversation, and creativity that profoundly shaped Parisian life, French culture, and global society.'



Be You. Game

Gamification is an interactive and engaging practice for progressive leadership development. In this context, I have developed the real board game 'Be You.' and gamification approach for organizations to better develop and uplevel individuals with different themes: (1) be/do balance, (2) abundance thinking, (3) selfcare practices, etc. This game is a starting point to invest in being you with new perspectives, new habits and new activities, for instance, to better understand how to structure a day/week.







New Book: Latest Thinking

The need for restructuring and transforming business practices for the benefit of humanity and the environment is a major theme of this book. Interactivity and connectedness of people and things/data is transforming everything. Many organizations, even the traditional ones, have entered a process of transformation through innovation and rethinking their business models, which affects the way leaders communicate, lead, and co-create.
