In our day-to-day we are often too busy trying to become more effective or productive. Yet we seldom take the time to ask ourselves whether our activism and decisions are actually taking us closer to where we want to be - making the contribution that we want to make while doing the things we enjoy and that we are good at. Dr Pfefferman's workshop allowed me to reflect precisely on that. An 'open' but highly structured approach... Freeing Your Future - Conscious Business Design
How do we innovate in the future and understand change makers and visionary thinkers? Innovation can be understood as a cycle (1) to develop a meaningful, innovative organization (healthy system structure as a foundation = CONSCIOUSNESS-based level) and then (2) lead and co-create as a a meaningful, innovative organization (skillset, etc. = RESOURCING-based level).
My advisory approach: Beyond problem-based, challenge-based or awareness-based consulting, it is a resourcing-based approach related to a four-step business framework: 1. your purpose (how you lead?), 2. your strength (how you express/communicate?), 3. your selfcare (how you invest?), and 4. your actions (how you (co)create?) including how you sustain it all. This includes to understand your resourcing-based level and your consciousness-based level, which means your system structure and conscious business design considering your needs at four levels. And change makers and visionary thinkers become self-sourced and present leaders. It is inward-focused and a new level of leadership. What do you need to start?
